                                                    JUDGMENT

Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for the

appellant/Insurance Company would submit that after the award the

claimants have settled the claim for a consolidated sum of Rs.8,00,000/-

before the Lok Adalat and the same has also been paid and hence this appeal

has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, this Civil Miscelleanous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be

no order as to costs.
