                                                JUDGMENT

Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the

learned counsel appearing for the appellants, appeared before this Court

through Video Conferencing.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would

submit that, a letter dated 23.12.2021 has been sent to the Registry for

withdrawing this appeal stating that the dispute having by the parties are

settled in out of Court.

3. The letter submitted by the learned counsel for the

appellants, is perused and in view of the same, this Second Appeal is

dismissed, as the matter is settled out of Court. However, there is no order

as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
