                    07.04.2011, passed in O.S.No.25 of 2009 on the file of the Additional
                    Sub Court, Tenkasi.

                                                  JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks the

permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has

also filed a memo, dated 19.01.2022 to that effect.

2.In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. The said memo is placed on record.
