                     Prayer : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act,
                     1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and violation of
                     the order dated 9.4.2019 passed in W.A.No.528 of 2019.

                                                             ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice)

Learned counsel appearing for the contemnors submits that

the compliance of the judgment dated 09.04.2019 passed in

W.A.No.528 of 2019 has been made. The compliance order was

issued on January 7, 2022 and the matter has now been sent to the

Accountant General for payment with all enclosures.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown satisfaction on

the aforesaid as necessary order has been issued by the

contemnors.

3. Accordingly, taking the compliance on record, the contempt

petition is ordered to be closed and the contemnors are discharged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits

that if the Accountant General fails to make the payment, an

appropriate liberty may be given to take up the matter. If the

Accountant General fails to take action and/or fails to make the

payment, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach this court in

accordance with law. Therefore, a separate order would not be

required for it.
