              O.S. Rules pleased to pass a judgment and decree against the defendant:


                        (i) to pay a sum of Rs.2,30,79,892/- together with interest thereon at 18% per
              annum from the date of plaint till the date of actual realization;
                        (ii) to pay costs of suit and
                        (iii) for such further or other relief's as deemed fit and proper in the
              circumstances.

                                                      JUDGMENT

This Court allowed A.No.4152 of 2021 filed by the plaintiff for summary judgment

by an order dated 19.01.2022. In view of the same, there shall be a judgment and

decree against the defendants, directing the defendants jointly and severally to pay

a sum of Rs.2,30,79,892/- and there shall be a further direction to the defendants to

pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of plaint till the date of actual

realization on the principal amount. Taking into consideration the facts and

circumstances of the case, there shall be a further direction to the defendants to pay

the cost of a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the plaintiff.

2.The suit is allowed in the above terms.
