Though the 2nd respondent, N. Muniappan had died long back

and this court has been granting time from 16.10.2019 for taking steps to

bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2 nd respondent,

no steps have been taken sofar to bring on record the legal

representatives of the 2nd respondent. . In these circumstances, the Writ

Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
