                    PRAYER: This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the
                    Contempt Court Act, to punish the respondents for their wilful
                    disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed by this Court in
                    W.P.No.4267 of 2017.

                                                       ORDER

As against the orders of this Court dated 11.03.2019, appeals

have been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and by an order dated

26.10.2021, the contempt proceedings have been stopped. It is also stated

that the issue involved is now has been finally heard and the judgment has

been reserved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Since, the orders passed by

the Writ Court has now merged with the orders of the Supreme Court, the

contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded with parallely.
