                                                        JUDGMENT

The appellant filed this appeal to set aside the judgment and decree

passed in HMCMA.No.06 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District

and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, dated 10.08.2021 as confirmed in

H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.The appellant as well as the respondent are present before this

Court through video conference and they are identified by their

respective counsel. Both the parties have filed a joint compromise memo

stating that the respondent has received her entire belongings including

jewels, cash and house hold articles on 17.01.2021 and the appellant has

also received his Thalli. The Marriage between the parties has been

dissolved.

3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is allowed as per

the terms of joint compromise memo. The compromise memo shall form

part of the order. No costs.
