COMMON O R D E R
These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records
in C.C.No.6 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court
at Chengalpattu and quash the same.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has orally
suggested the parties to settle the matter, but the same has not been fructified.
He further submitted that they are ready to face the trial before the Trial Court.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a
direction to the Trial Court to expedite the matter and dispose of the main case
within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks
indulgence of this Court to grant an order dispensing with the personal
appearance of the petitioners. Accordingly, the personal appearance of the
petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies,
answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of
judgment, or on any other date as may be required by the trial Court.
