                    in Writ Petition No.5465 of 2019 and punish the respondents mill for
                    willful disobedience.

                                                  COMMON ORDER

                                  The contempt petitions are filed to punish the respondent for

                    willful disobedience of the orders dated 11.11.2019 and 13.11.2019

                    passed in W.P.Nos.5465 and 9515 of 2019.



                                   2. During the pendency of these contempt petitions, the

                    respondent had settled the dues to the writ petitioners. A report has been

                    filed in this regard. If any grievances exists for the petitioners with

                    reference to the further claim, it is left open to them to approach the

                    competent authorities for redressal.
