When the civil miscellaneous appeal is taken up for hearing, the

learned counsel on either submitted that the matter has already been settled

before the Lok Adalat as early as on 24.01.2011.

2. In view of the above, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of

in the light of the Lok Adalat Award dated 24.01.2011. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
