                                                       ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2

and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The petitioner seeks protection for carrying out survey in the petition

mentioned property. The petitioner is having exparte judgment and decree,

dated 28.04.2014 made in O.S.No.82 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif

Court, Thiruvadanai. Since the petitioner can very well move the Court below

for appropriate relief, the petitioner is relagated to move the trial

Court/Executing Court. With this liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal

Original Petition is disposed of.
