This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the

impugned Judgment and decree passed by in CMA.No.14/2021

dated 23.10.2021 on the file of IV Additional City Civil Court,

Chennai by confirming the fair order and decreetal order passed on

18.02.2021 made in IA.No.12062/2018 in OS.No.5040 of 2018 by

the Learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. A memo has been filed to that effect.

The said memo is taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner,

this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
