                                                 JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed as against the judgment and

decree passed by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul in A.S.No.61

of 2019, dated 29.10.2021, confirming the judgment and decree passed by

the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul in O.S.No.196 of

2014, dated 02.02.2019.

2.Today(19.12.2022), when the Second Appeal is taken up for

hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the

issue involved in this appeal has been settled out of Court and seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He has also

circulated a letter dated 15.12.2022 to that effect.

3.In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is

closed.
