                                                          JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside order passed by

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level in

C.C.No.37 of 2012 dated 28.06.2018.

2. Inspite of repeated adjournment, there is no representation on

behalf of the appellant. Even though the appellant is served, none

appears before this Court.

3. Since, the appellant has been preferred the appeal against the

order passed by the trial Court, acquitting the Respondents 4 to 8 /

Accused No.4 to 8 for the offences under Section 138 of Negotiable

Instrument Act, there is no representation for the appellant.

4. In the result, this appeal is dismissed for nor prosecution. No

cost.
