                                                        ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the

Charge Sheet in C.C.No.03 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate

Court, Thirumangalam, as against the petitioners.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel

appearing for the petitioners would submit that after completion of trial, the

accused persons were acquitted vide judgment dated 30.04.2021 and

therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands

dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions

are closed.
