                     the judgment and decree passed by the Principal Subordinate Court,
                     Kumbakonam dated 22.01.2004 made in A.S.No.151 of 2003 confirming
                     the judgment and decree dated 07.08.2003 passed in O.S.No.100 of 1994 on
                     the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Valangaiman, Kumbakonam.
