                                                       ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the

delay of 1156 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as

against the decree and judgment, dated 29.07.2008 in M.C.O.P.No.120 of

1997 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Sub Court,

Pudukkottai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2022, there

was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed

to be listed today (01.12.2022) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even

today, there is no representation for petitioner. Hence, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is

dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, C.M.A.SR.

No.35845 of 2012 is rejected, at the S.R stage itself.
