                                                           ORDER

In earlier occasion on 12.08.2022, this Court passed the following

order:-

The petitioner has filed quash petition alleging that the factum of his begamy marriage has already been subject matter of C.C.No.335 of 2014 and he has been acquitted vide order dated 03.11.2015. Hence, he pleaded that he cannot be prosecuted for the same offence twice.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce the order copy mentioned in the grounds.

For production of the said order copy, call the matter on 16.08.2022 under the caption “for orders”.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is

not able to get the judgment copy and seeks liberty to withdraw this original

petition.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed
