                   Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules
                   read with           Order VII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908,
                   prays for a judgment and decree against the defendant: (a) for a
                   decree             directing the defendant to pay the Plaintiff a sum of
                   Rs.1,72,00,000/- (equivalent to DKK 3 Million) in satisfaction of the
                   Plaintiff's claim          as admitted by the defendant under agreements
                   Ref.Nos.NEPC-024 to NEPC-027 and (b) for a decree directing the
                   defendant to pay the cost of the suit.

                                                         JUDGMENT

Rs.2,64,59,542.60 along with interest at 18% p.a. on the principal

sum claimed.

2. The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre annexed to

this Court. The Mediation Centre has placed the Mediation Report

before this Court. A settlement agreement dated 03.08.2022 is

annexed thereto. In view of the settlement arrived at between the

parties, C.S.(Comm. Div) No.42 of 2021 is dismissed as settled out of

Court. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of full court fee. There

shall be no order as to costs.
