                                                             ORDER

Originally, the petitioner has preferred contempt petition bearing

No.445 of 2019 for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated

28.09.2018 in WP.No.224 of 2018. By order dated 06.03.2020, this court

closed the said contempt petition, in view of the order passed in

WP.No.4178 of 2019, filed by the petitioner. The operative portion of the

said order is extracted below for ready reference:

"13.In view of the above stated circumstances, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned proceedings dated 08.02.2019 passed by the second respondent is set aside and the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018, as per the guidelines stated in the orders passed on 18.09.2017 by the fifth respondent cancelling the Noted on Record Letters, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

14.In view of the above order passed in WP.No.4178 of 2019, the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.445 of 2019 does not survive for consideration and accordingly the same is closed."

2.Now, the petitioner has come up with this sub application seeking

to reopen the Contempt Petition No.445 of 2019, stating that as directed by

this court, they sent a representation on 03.07.2020 to the respondent, but

no action was taken on the same.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

the respondent authorities filed a writ appeal in WA.No.82 of 2022 as

against the order of this court dated 06.03.2020 in WP.No.4178 of 2019 and

by judgment dated 02.08.2022, the said writ appeal was disposed of in the
