(JUDGMENT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) After making elaborate submissions, Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned

senior counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, sought

permission to withdraw the above Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to

make all submissions, including the grounds raised in the above appeal,

before the learned Single Judge. The learned counsel, on record, also

made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the above Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn. It is open to the learned counsel for the appellant to make

all submissions, including the grounds raised in the above appeal, before

the learned Single Judge while arguing the Contempt Petition. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
