Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant prays for withdrawal
of the application to grant leave to file the writ appeal against the
order dated 22.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.10301 of 2022 as well as
the writ appeal SR. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the application to grant leave and the
