                                                   JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.07.2022,

this Court has passed a conditional order stating that "Batta in three days.

If batta is not paid within three days, the petition shall stand dismissed

automatically without further reference to this Court."

2. Despite the conditional order dated 07.07.2022, the

appellants have not paid the batta in time. Hence, this Court has no

other option, except to dismiss the appeal for default.

3. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit stands dismissed for

default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
