ORDER
When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special
Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the
order passed by this Court on 10.12.2021 in W.P.No.30378 of 2017 has
been complied with. In view of the said compliance, the learned Special
Government Pleader has filed a compliance report dated 03.08.2022 stating
reasons for non-compliance and also sought apology for the same.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that order passed
by this Court has been complied with by virtue of the Government Order in
Na.Ka.No.9515/2017/B2 dated 19.07.2022 by the Joint Director, Hindu
Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Sathuvachari, Vellore.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and taking note
of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with,
the present Contempt Petition is closed. The compliance report filed by the
2nd respondent dated 03.08.2022 is taken on record and the apology
tendered by the 2nd respondent is accepted.
