                                                     JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on

either side submitted that the appellant and the respondent entered into a

compromise and also executed a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated

23.07.2022. The Joint Memo of Compromise has been signed by the

appellant, respondent and their respective counsels. The learned counsel on

either side submitted that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the

parties, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of

Compromise, dated 23.07.2022.

2.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either

side, the above Original Side Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint

Memo of Compromise, dated 23.07.2022. The terms of the compromise

shall form part of the decree. No costs.
