                                                         ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.

17139 of 2013, on 25.08.2015, directed the respondents to consider the

petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2010 and pass orders on merits

and in accordance with law, in the light of the Judgment and Decree

passed in A.S.No.82 of 2008 and proceedings of the Forest Settlement

Officer, Usilampatti, dated 11.02.1985, within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the said order has

not been complied with, the present contempt petition is filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the

learned Special Government Pleader submits that in compliance of the

order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17139 of 2013, dated

25.08.2015, the petitioner's representation has been considered, by

rejecting the request made by him. To that effect, the proceedings of

the second respondent dated 20.04.2022 has been produced.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.

No costs.
