                                                        JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

By this writ appeal, challenge is made to the judgment dated

21.09.2021 whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioner writ

appellant was disposed of without passing a favourable order. The

document was subsequently registered and thereby the writ petition

has now become infructuous. It is for the reason that the writ

petition was filed when the Sub Registrar refused to register the

document presented by the writ appellant, but now the document

having been registered, we find the writ petition to be infructuous.

Accordingly, the order impugned herein dated 21.09.2021 is

set aside, but after rendering the writ petition to be infructuous in

the light of the facts given above. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly,

closed. No costs.
