                     Prayer: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 Civil Procedure against
                     the decree and judgment dated 29.02.2008 in A.S.No.92 of 2003 on the
                     file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Ariyalur,
                     upholding against the decree and judgment dated 23.09.1997 in
                     O.S.No.184 of 1988 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ariyalur.

                                                     JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the second respondent in

the above second appeal died on 14.01.2013. The appellants have filed

petitions in C.M.P.Nos.19333 to 19335 of 2017 to implead the legal heirs

of the deceased second respondent.

2. The petitions in C.M.P.Nos.19333 to 19335 of 2017 are

filed in the year 2017 and till date batta has not been paid by the

appellants to serve notice on the proposed respondents.

3. In the circumstances, the civil miscellaneous petitions are

dismissed and the Second Appeal stand dismissed as abated. No costs.
