                                                           JUDGMENT

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the other two

connected Second Appeals filed in S.A.Nos.93 and 98 of 2011 were

dismissed by this Court through Judgment and Decree dated

18.01.2017.

2.In view of the same, these Second Appeals must also meet the

same fate and the earlier judgment rendered by this Court will equally

apply in these Second Appeals also.

3.Accordingly, all the three Second Appeals are dismissed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be no

order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are
