                                                            ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner

to direct the Subordinate Judge, Manamadurai to dispose of A.S.No.14 of

2021 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Manamadurai within the

time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused

the materials available on record.

3.Originally against the Judgment in O.S.No.147 of 2019, the

respondents/defendants filed appeal before the Sub Court, Manamadurai in

A.S.No.14 of 2021. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff and she is aged

about 70 years.

4.Since the appeal was filed only in the year 2021, the revision

petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court and seek for speedy

disposal, on the ground that she is a senior citizen.

5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No

costs.
