                     PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                     India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the
                     records of the 1st respondent relating to the proceedings in G.O.3(D)No.1
                     Social Welfare & Nutritious Meal Programme Department dated 02.01.2008
                     and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint
                     the petitioner with effect from the date of the above G.O. with all monetary
                     and service benefits.

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of in
