                    confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.09.2010 passed in
                    O.S.No.920 of 2000 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge,
                    Coimbatore.

                                                     JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the first and

second appellants died during the pendency of the Second Appeal. When

the letter was written to the third appellant, the same was returned with an

endorsement "insufficient address". The returned cover was also produced

before this Court. The learned counsel submitted that since there are no

instructions from the appellants, they are not able to take any steps to

implead the legal representatives of the deceased appellants.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the

appellants, the Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to

costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
