This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the order passed

in M.C.1196/Ni.Sa.NA and Tu.A/M.MA/2019 dated 20/01/2020 by the 1st

respondent detaining the petitioner and to set aside the same as illegal

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought

for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,

this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
