                 Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of
                 Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records connected with the order passed
                 by the Respondent No.1 in M.C.No.194 of 2019 A1 dated 02.09.2020 and set
                 aside the same as illegal.

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records

A1 dated 02.09.2020 and set aside the same as illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought

for in this petition has become infructuous.
