                                                           JUDGMENT

This suit has been filed by the plaintiff seeking for direction to the

defendant to pay a sum of Rs.18,54,911/- together with interest thereon at

21% p.a. from the date of plaint till the date of realisation.

2. Since the learned counsel for the plaintiff filed a memo stating that

he has not received any instructions from the party, this Court by its order

dated 10.03.2022, directed the Registry to list the matter on 06.04.2022 by

printing the name of the plaintiff in the causelist instead of the name of the

counsel for the plaintiff . As directed, though the name of the plaintiff has

been printed in the causelist on 06.04.2022, there was no representation on

the side of the plaintiff and hence, this Court directed the Regsitry to list the

matter under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e., 11.04.2022.

3. Today the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". There

is no representation on the side of the Plaintiff. It can be inferred that the

plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting this suit. Hence, this suit is

dismissed for non-prosecution.
