                a writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to consider and dispose of the
                petitioner's complaint, dated 29.03.2022 in the light of the judgment laid down by
                the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case relates to Lalita Kumari Vs
                Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

                                                  ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to directing the 3rd Respondent to

consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.03.2022 in the light of

the judgment laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case relates to

Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned

Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public

Prosecutor (Criminal Side) stated that based on the complaint lodged by the

petitioner, FIR has been regsitered in Crime No.71 of 2022 by the respondent police.

5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
