Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under article 227 of the

Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.2

of 2019 in O.S.No.186 of 2013, dated 24.03.2021 on the file of the

Additional District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District.

For Petitioner : Mr. R. Janarthanan

For respondent : Mr. S. Jesu Raj

                                                            ORDER

The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed this revision to set aside

https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD).No.1864 of 2021

the order, dated 24.03.2021 made in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.186 of

2013, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Valliyoor,

Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and

perused the materials available on record.

3. The said I.A.No.2 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner to

receive the documents, which was dismissed by the trial Court on the

ground that already I.A.No.509 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for receiving

the same document and the same was dismissed on 03.11.2018. Against

which, the revision petitioner has not filed any revision. Now, he has filed

the present Interlocutory application for the very same relief to mark the

documents. But, the suit was posted for Judgments. Hence, this Court is

not inclined to dismiss this revision with the exemplary cost of Rs.5,000/-.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a

cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent. The

revision petitioner is directed to pay the said sum of Rs.5,000/- to the

respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy
