                                  It appears that the suit in O.S.No.81 of 1998 which was pending

                     on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi, had been dismissed on

                     06.03.2017. Questioning that particular judgment, the revision petitioners

                     in both the Civil Revision Petitions have also filed A.S.No.23 of 2017,

                     which is now pending before the Sub Court Avinashi.

                                  In view of the above fact, the present Civil Revision Petitions does

                     not survive any further for adjudication and the same stand dismissed.

                     No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous

                     Petition is closed.
