                                                    JUDGEMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant informs the Court that

the letter written by him to the party has returned with an endorsement

“insufficient address”. He therefore reports no instructions and he also filed a

memo to that effect. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
