This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records

in C.C.No.472 of 2017 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore

and to quash the same.

2.It is informed that a judgment had been delivered in C.C.No.472 of

2017 by the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on

13.03.2020. Therefore, nothing further survives in the present Criminal

Original Petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
