                      Prayer: The Civil Suit has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original
                      Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C praying to pass a judgment
                      and decree declaring the Memorandum of Agreement dated 10.01.2015 as
                      null and void, being against the law of the land and to direct the first
