The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that prayer

sought for in the Writ Petition has been granted and therefore, this Writ

Appeal has become infructuous.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that

approval has been granted to the writ petitioner.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Appeal is dismissed

as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
