                                                       ORDER

(Order of the Court made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents

herein for non-compliance of the judgment dated 20.12.2019 passed in

W.A.No.2944 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings vide Letter

No.15529/R1/2019-8, dated 27.02.2020 passed by the Secretary to

Government, Health and Family Welfare (R1) Department, and submitted

that, the judgment under contempt has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is

open to the Petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 27.02.2020, in

accordance with law.
