                                               COMMON JUDGMENT


                                   (This case was heard through Video Conferencing)

                               The present Appeals have been filed aggrieved by interim orders of

                     attachment passed by the Trial Court pending disposal of the suit.

                               2. Mr. P. Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the Appellant, on

                     instructions would submit that subsequent to the passing of the impugned

                     orders, the suit OS No.215 of 2017 has been decreed (ex-parte decree) in

                     favour of the respondent / plaintiff on 25.10.2018 and therefore nothing

                     survives for adjudication in these Appeals. The same is also accepted by

                     the learned counsel for the respondent. After recording the submissions

                     made by the respective learned counsels, these Civil Miscellaneous

                     Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected

                     Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
