for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal.

2. In view of the said submission, the appellant is permitted to

withdraw the writ appeal and accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition

is closed.
