                                                       JUDGMENT

When the Second Appeal was listed on 12.11.2021, the learned

counsel for the appellant sought time. Therefore, the matter was posted on

24.11.2021 under the caption “for orders”. Thereafter when the matter was

taken up for hearing on 24.11.2021, there was no representation on the side

of the appellant and hence the Second Appeal was posted today i.e., on

26.11.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, there is no

representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, this Second Appeal is

dismissed for default. No costs.
