                                                        JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.)

This Original Side Appeal has been filed against the decree and

judgment dated 19.07.2018 passed in C.S.No.987 of 2016 by this

Court.

2. When the matter was called to-day, Mr.Silambanan,

learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant stated that the

dispute between the parties has already been settled out of court.

Therefore, recording the same, a direction may be issued to the

Registry to return the court fee.

3. Mr.V.Kuberan, learned Counsel appearing for the

respondent also agreed that the dispute has been settled between the

parties out of Court.

4. In view of the above position, recording the statements

made on either side, the Original Side Appeal is dismissed as settled

out of Court. No costs. Registry is directed to return half of the court

fee to the appellant as per law.
