                           Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act,
                    1971, seeking to initiate contempt proceedings and punish the Respondents for
                    wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in
                    W.P.No.32054 of 2019.

                                                       ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for

wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in

W.P.No.32054 of 2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents

submitted that, as against the order under contempt, Writ Appeal No.1668 of

2021 was filed and the same stood disposed of by a judgment dated

15.07.2021 and that, challenging the same, Review Application No.127 of

2021 was filed and the same was allowed by an order dated 08.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this

Contempt Petition and recording the submissions of the learned Government

Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
