                                                            ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to quash the

proceedings in S.C.No.74 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., 01.11.2021,

Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges by the Court below. He also

produced before this Court, a copy of the judgment dated 25.07.2018 passed

in Sessions Case No.74 of 2016 by the learned Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Namakkal District.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
